Just a warning, if your CPU gets too much heat and is too intensive, then your website will shut down. This is true for all web hosting companies when there is a CPU bottleneck so make sure you spread out your hosting with other domains

watchout for your MySQL. Sometimes my mysql would drop a database out of nowhere. Other than that, Bluehost is fine in general.

Many webhosts including Bluehosts have touted they have "UNLIMITED" storage. This is somewhat true. In fact, they have a limit of 50k files on your account. I admit that there is no way I can reach 50k files ever. But if I were in a different business and have tons of pictures on my account, I can see how that can be a problem. Keep this in mind.

Every Shared Hosting Provider out there Imposes CPU and RAM Limits and that is a fact.

What most people do not know when shopping for web hosting providers is that *every* shared hosting provider has CPU and RAM limits. This is no exception. This is also despite many web host providers advertising that they have many "unlimited" features promoted on their web pages. To my knowledge, Bluehost is one of the more lenient providers in this dimension. I would still check out their limitations when comparison shopping.

Their customer service is pretty responsive. I had an issue where I added an addon domain and it was working fine. Then the next day it showed it as a parked domain. I was told to delete the default.html and it didn't do anything. I contacted their customer service again and they renamed the .htaccess file and that fixed it.
