I have been with them for 3 months and I have nothing to recommend about them. The hosting is slow, uptime is poor and the customer service is non existent. I was unlucky enough to get a ‘support’ email from some person called Ubaid. Very rude person. I would avoid this rip-off company. The are the original cowboy operators. I thought that 2 bucks a month was such a joke, I couldn't believe it. I signed up for the 3-year plan and can't believe they have proved to be my favorite hosting providrer. I just bought more accounts and transferred them from my expensive hosting providers. I have admittingly tried many hosting providers. First of all, I would admit that the price is hard to beat and say that you won't find a better price, hands down. But it does come with some gripes. I work as a programmer, and as a programmer I found that they were lacking in the tech support area. They couldn't help me to get my python scripts up and running correctly. I eventually figured out myself in a few hours, but it took me a while. They did try to help, but didn't have the expertise I did. Not unusual. Also, the way they can charge so cheap is that they make you pay for any upgrades. SSH, 20 bucks more. And Unlimited Storage is not unlimited. It's only 10 GB.
